After completing an undergraduate degree in Politics and a postgraduate degree in Law, Thomas joined the Civil Service Fast Stream, spending over a decade at the heart of government.

During this time, he counselled Ministers, Secretaries of State and military leaders through numerous periods of turbulence including recessions, pandemics, numerous general elections and Brexit.

As a senior leader within the Civil Service, Thomas saw first hand the benefits of individuals and teams investing in their own development and the challenges created when lack of cohesion and understanding, either on an individual or a group level was left unaddressed.

Thomas is passionate about helping people to better understand the world we live in and to remove intellectual, mental and institutional road blocks that prevent so many of us from achieving our potential.
